2. Eligibility Requirements

• Consume alcoholic beverages

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all gaming activities and hotel check-in.

3. Hotel Reservations and Accommodations

3.1 Booking Terms

Hotel reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3.2 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Valid photo ID required at check-in

3.3 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 24 hours subject to one night's room rate charge
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
• Special event periods may have different cancellation policies

4. Casino Gaming Terms

4.1 Gaming Rules

All casino games are subject to official gaming rules and regulations. House rules are posted at each gaming table and machine. Management decisions are final.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

4.3 Gaming Limits

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Gaming Disputes

Gaming disputes should be reported immediately to casino management. All disputes will be resolved according to applicable gaming regulations and house rules.

11.2 General Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Norwegian law.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Severability
